RentalProof provides educational content about Canadian tenancy law, a lease analysis tool, and a move-in documentation tool. These services are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing on RentalProof constitutes legal advice. The content and analysis provided are for general information purposes only. Always consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your situation.
4. Lease Analyzer
The Lease Analyzer service analyzes submitted lease documents against known legal standards. Analysis results are informational and not legally binding. We do not retain your lease documents beyond the analysis period.
5. Payments
Lease analysis fees are charged at $10 CAD per analysis. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are available if the analysis fails to complete due to a technical error on our end.
6. Intellectual property
All content published on RentalProof — articles, guides, tools, and design — is owned by RentalProof unless otherwise noted. You may share content with attribution but may not republish it wholesale.
7. Limitation of liability
RentalProof shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our content.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
