Privacy Policy

When you use the Lease Analyzer, we temporarily process the lease document you submit. We do not store your lease after analysis is complete. We collect standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, page visited) which are retained for 30 days.
2. Payments
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store your payment card details. We receive transaction confirmations only.
3. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising, or cross-site tracking.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Third-party services
Our content management system (WordPress) runs on a private server and is not accessible to the public. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at privacy@rentalproof.us. Under PIPEDA and provincial privacy legislation, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information.
7. Data residency
Our servers are located in Canada. Your data does not leave Canadian jurisdiction during normal operation.
